Willie Lee Allen Jr. 79, of Duncan, passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at his home in Duncan.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Melvin (Smokey) Sanders officiating, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be on Friday, March 5, 2021 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home from 6:00-7:30 p.m. 

Willie Lee Allen Jr. was born August 14, 1941 in Macon, Georgia to Willie Lee & Rubbie Mae (White) Allen Sr. Willie was never married and though life presented him with many challenges; he was a master at building bicycles out of nothing, but junk parts. He loved sweets and movies, but above all he loved God. He would go to all the churches in the area, (especially if they served food! (smile)

Willie is survived by his sister: Maganolia Anderson & her husband Donald of Duncan, and two brothers; Henry Allen of Duncan, Oklahoma and Clarence Allen of Detroit, Mich. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Willie was preceded in death by his mother; Rubbie Allen, father; Willie Allen Sr., and two of his brothers; James Allen and Leroy Allen.    

Pallbearers will be Ralph Sims II, Donald Anderson, Angel Payes, Brandon White, Dorian White and Miguel Sims. Honorary pallbearers will be Henry Allen, Demeris Jackson, Clarence Allen, Jeffrey Norman, Travelus Allen, Kevin Allen and Sam Culberson.
