RONALD LEE STRINGFELLOW

Ronald Lee Stringfellow, a Brick Mason and lifelong resident of the state of Texas, passed away unexpectedly with his family by his side on the morning of February 9, 2022 at the age of 78 while at his home in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Ronald was born on August 11, 1943 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Ira and Wanda (Melton) Stringfellow, he was veteran of the U.S. Airforce, and worked in construction as a brick mason until his retirement. He married Ms. Brenda Wilson in 1984 in Lewisville, Texas where his family grew and thrived.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Brenda Stringfellow, his daughters and their spouses; Brittany and Larry Strickland of Duncan, Oklahoma, Linda and Mickey Crawford of Odessa, Texas, Christie and Brian Blevins of Duncan, Oklahoma, Angel and Rick Steading of Hueytown, Alabama, Rhonda Tanner of Paris, Texas, the late Teresa Lee of Dallas, Texas, and loved as a daughter, Ms. Tanda Stringfellow of Lindsay, Texas. He is also survived by sons and their spouses; Shane and Cris Stringfellow of Flower Mound, Texas, Troy and Savanna Wilson of Giddings, Texas, Kirk Tanner of Paris, Texas, and the late Rodney Tanner of Texas.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Charles Baker, and a sister Karen Davis. 

He is also survived by the loves of his life, 28 grandchildren and 15 great-greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services will be held for Mr. Stringfellow on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel, arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.
