Janet Kay Frizzell, 77, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, formally of Duncan, passed away Thursday October 20, 2022 in Stillwater.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Dean & Freda Hall officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Janet was born July 26, 1945 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Charles Franklin & Reba Leota (Wood) Jordan, she attended Duncan Public Schools and graduated from Duncan High School in 1963, she worked for Halliburton’s until her retirement. On August 3, 1963 she married Jerry Don Frizzell at Stephens United Methodist Church and he preceded her in death on September 23, 1977, and to this union were born 3 children, Darin Andrew, Michael Don, and Donna Michelle, she was a wife, mother and grandmother.

Janet is survived by her children; Darin Andrew & his wife Jennifer Frizzell of McKinney, Texas, Michael Don & his wife Jolynn Frizzell of Winston Salem, North Carolina, daughter; Donna Michelle & her husband Ron Kuehn of Stillwater, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Ashleigh Rochat, Jeredon Kuehn and Trenton Frizzell, Sisters; Reba Holt of St. Louis, Missouri and Shirley Ann Donnelly of Delaware.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry, her parents Charles & Reba Jordan, a brother; Garlon Jordan.

Pallbearers will Darin Frizzell, Michael Frizzell, Ron Kuehn, Jeredon Kuehn, Trenton Frizzell & Evan Rochat.
