Jack left high school to join the U.S. Navy. He loved to talk about his time in the navy mostly served traveling on the ship assisting his captain. Jack worked 25 years as the store manager for Big G (Goodners). He later retired and purchased a convenience store in Duncan and a grocery store in Ratliff City.
