Geraldine F. Barber 85, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Chishlom Trail Assisted Living.

Graveside funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the Duncan Cemetery, with Rev. Harold Metheny and Rev. Johnny Gray officiating, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter- Smart Funeral Directors.

The family will recieve friends for visitation on Wednesday, evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Geraldine was born on Thursday, November 28, 1935 in Duncan, Oklahoma to John D. & Flora E. "Allen" Franks, Geraldine was a homemaker, mother, grandmother great-grandmother and great-great grandmother, she was a lifetime resident of the Duncan area, she married Charles L. Barber August 14, 1965 in Stephens County, Charles preceded her in death on March 16, 2011 and she was a member of the Bethesda Church of God.

Geraldine is survived by her son; Lynn Barber & his wife Martha of Comanche, Oklahoma and her daughter; Tammy Clary of Duncan, Oklahoma, her twin brother; Gerald Franks of Oregon and a sister; Christine Schrieber & her husband Alvin of Tulsa, Oklahoma, her grandchildren; Tammy Rodgers, Jeremy Duke, Kelsey Barber, Zachary Barber, great grandchildren; Elizabeth Pruitt & husband Dexter and Kortney Rodgers, great-great grandchildren; McKynlee & Dax Pruitt and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Lynn Barber, Zachary Barber, Alan Clarke, Greg Clarke, Jeremy Duke and Dexter Pruitt.
