William Dewayne Mason

William Dewayne Mason 53, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away June 1, 2019 in Duncan.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home, with Rev. Billy Morgan officiating, interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

William was born June 9, 1965 in Lepanto, Arkansas to William Jackson & Florance "Shempert' Mason, he worked as a mechanic and worked at Duncan Golf & Tennis Club.

Survivors include significant other; Rose Gatliff of Duncan, Oklahoma, daughter; Melissa & Chris Keck of Duncan, Oklahoma, granddaughters; Bailey & Makenze Keck of Duncan, Oklahoma, great-granddaughter; Maylee Keck, special uncle & aunt Ed & Cathy Smith, brothers; Larry & Amanda Mason of Lake City, Arkansas, Chris Mason, Lake City, Arkansas, sister; Linda and Shane Costner of Harrisburg, Arkansas, Steve & Christy Shempert of Wilson, Arkansas, Kenneth & Melinda Shempert of Jonesboro, Arkansas, 13 nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father; William Jackson Mason and mother; Florence Shempert Jackson.

Pallbearers will be Dalton Bradford, Chris Johnson, Kyle Hignite, Matt Arnold, David Gatliff and Daniel Mills.
