Vonda Meadows

Vonda Meadows 66, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020 at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Graveside Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 6, 2020 at Rush Springs Cemetery, with Rev. Dean & Freda Hall officiating, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Vonda was born May 13, 1954 in Kansas City, Missouri to Herb & Joyce (Keck) Casteel she was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Vonda married Darrell Meadows on August 13, 1971 in Duncan, Oklahoma and to this union were born 4 children, Darrell Lynn, Shawn Dean, Trevor Dakota and Trinity Dawn.

Vonda is survived by her husband; Darrell of the home, children; Shawn Dean Meadows of Duncan, Oklahoma, Trevor Dakota Meadows of Katy, Texas, and Trinity Dawn Meadows of Duncan, Oklahoma, 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, brothers; Teddy Castell and Scotty Casteel both of Duncan, Oklahoma and sisters; Brenda Casteel of Duncan, Oklahoma and Velda Casteel of Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Vonda was preceded in death by her son; Darrell Lynn and her parents; Herb and Joyce Casteel.
