Tiffany Wells 34, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at her home in Duncan.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Antioch Baptist Church, with Rev. Douglas Brown officiating, interment will follow at Henderson Harris Cemetery, arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Family visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Tiffany was born February 23, 1982 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Elmer Don & Mary D. "Brackens" Taylor, she was raised in Duncan and graduated from Duncan High School. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Tiffany married Stephan Wells October 18, 2008 in Duncan.

Survivors include her husband Stephan of the home, her parents; Elmer Don & Mary Taylor of Duncan, Oklahoma, step-children; Stephan Wells Jr. of Memphis, Tennessee, DeAndre Wells of Memphis, Tennessee, Stephon Wells of Memphis, Tennessee and Shuntario Wells of Memphis, Tennessee and grandchildren; Sa-Niya Wells and Kailynn Newson.

Pallbearers will be Jay West, Chris Taylor, Corby Taylor, Bobby Taylor, Kevin Jones and Nino Wells.
