Stella Stewart

Stella Stewart 78 of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Ten Oaks Nursing Center in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Duncan Cemetery, with Rev. Dean & Freda Hall officiating, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Stella was born August 6, 1942 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Gladness and Maltilda (Atkins) Punneo, she was a graduate of Duncan High School and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, Stella married Richard Stewart on March 24, 1958 in Waurika, Oklahoma and to this union was born 3 sons; Rick, Don & Tom Stewart.

Survivors include her husband; Richard of the home, sons; Rick Stewart and Don Stewart, sisters; Lorene Cole and Gladys Williams, and grandchildren Josh Stewart, Amanda and Rikki Jade and 2 great-grandchildren.

Stella was preceded in death by her son; Tom and a grandson; Zac
