Shirley McNeil 76 of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Monday 16, 2017 at Wilkins Nursing Center.

Graveside funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 19, 2017 at Greenhill Cemetery in Davis, Oklahoma with Pastor James Miller officiating, arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Shirley was born July 7, 1940 in Maysville, Oklahoma to T.H. & Roma "Brummett" Vaughn. She was a longtime member of the Velma Assembly of God Church and had been attending the Christian Center in Duncan. Shirley worked as a Pharmacy Tech for R&S Drug in Duncan for many years. Shirley married Farrell McNeil June 6, 1958 in Elmore City, Oklahoma and to this union were born two daughters; Pam and Nancy, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband Farrell of the home, daughters; Pam Broden & her husband Mickey of Duncan, Oklahoma and Nancy Copeland & her husband Richard of Duncan, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Bradford Broden & his wife Lizzie, Heather Copeland and Aaron Broden, sisters; Barbara Davis of Duncanville, Texas, Carolyn Clayton of Yukon, Oklahoma and Phyllis Sanders of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and two brother-in-law's; Bill & Desa McNeil of Davis, Oklahoma and Ed & Mary McNeil of Davis, Oklahoma.
