Ruby Rush

Ruby Rush 84, of Duncan, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at her home in Duncan, with her family at her side.

Graveside funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2020 at Resthaven Memorial  Gardens with Rev. Dean & Freda Hall officiating, and arrangements are under the direction of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Ruby was born Thursday, August 29, 1935 in San Antonio, Texas to Manuel & Carmel (Endrizzi) Trevino, she was a homemaker, and a loving wife , mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ruby married Charles Rush on February 15, 1956 in San Antonio, Texas and to this union were born 2 sons; Robert, and Steven and 2 daughters, Karen and Sandra, Charles preceded her in death on September 17, 2012.

Ruby is survived by a son: Robert Rush and his wife Peggy of Duncan, Oklahoma, and a daughter; Sandra Turner of Lawton, Oklahoma and 2 sisters; Gloria Carter and Alma Joyce Trevino, also by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband; Charles, her parents; Manuel & Carmel Trevino and a son; Steve and a daughter; Karen.
