Ruby Rae Fine, 98 of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2024 at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating, arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Ruby was born on Wednesday, April `14, 1926 in Alma, Oklahoma to Charley L. & Wilma S. (Thacker) Greenroyd, she was a homemaker and worked at Hagger Slacks and the Holiday Inn for 25 years as the General Manager of the Front Desk. Ruby married Jessie Ray Floyd Fine on April 23, 1955 in Chickasha, Oklahoma  to this marriage was born Tony Ray Fine, she was a loving mother to Jim, Pat  and loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Ruby was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Ruby is survived by her son; Tony Ray Fine of Duncan, Oklahoma and grandchildren; Tyler Ray Fine, Trevor Dale Fine and his wife Kareen, Patricia Brown, Jimmy Brown Jr., Gary Brown, Darla Brown, Frankie Smith Jr. and Brandon Smith, and 7 great-grandchildren including Stella Fine. Ruby got real excided when she knew her great-grand daughter Stella was coming to visit

Ruby was preceded in death by her daughter; Patricia H. Smith and a son; Jimmy Gerald Brown and her parents; Charley L. & Wilma S. Greenroyd.

Pallbearers will be D.J. Jennings, Monty Fletcher, Rocky Ray, Tony Fine, Trevor Fine and Tyler Fine
