Melba Elizabeth Howerton
Melba Elizabeth Howerton 80, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Elk Crossing Nursing Center with her family at her side.
Melba was born Thursday, March 7, 1940 in Cedar Vail, Kansas to John T. and Ruth Ellie (Hills) Stout, Melba worked for Halliburton Services until her retirement, she was a member if Viney Ridge Baptist Church, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her daughter; Diane Franklin of Duncan, Oklahoma and a son; Robert Meyer of Duncan, Oklahoma, 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; John & Ruth Stout, her daughter; Cheryl Floyd in 2013, and her brother; Richard Stout in 2010.
