Mary E. Duvall

Mary E. Duvall, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Elk Crossing Nursing Center at the age of 91 years 10 months and 7 days.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel with Jonathan Watters officiating, interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Mary was born Sunday, February 28, 1932 to William Finner and Cora Lee "Coulter" Adams. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

Mary is survived by two sons: James Wooten & his wife Patty of Duncan, Oklahoma, Donnie Wooten of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Brothers; Russell Adams and his wife Ruth of El Reno, Oklahoma, Glendon Adams and his wife Judy of Crane, Missouri, Ernest Adams and his wife Treva of Duncan, Oklahoma and Leslie Adams of Florida, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband; Odes Duvall, 2 brothers; James Adams and Bill Adams Jr. and a sister Mary Alma Adams.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Smart, Ed Schuler, Dale Goodrich, Kent Adams, Royce Clark, Ernie Adams. Honorary Pallbearers will be Josh Goodrich, Jason Smith, Jasper Wooten, Marvin Wooten and Glenn Wooten.
