Joyce Ann Wininger

Joyce Ann Wininger, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024 at Duncan Regional Hospital at the age of 91 years, 11 months and 18 days.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at the Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Joyce was born January 18, 1932 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Robert Jackson & Fern (Evans) Farell, she was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Joyce married Howard Wininger on April 7, 1950 in Duncan, Oklahoma and to this union was born 3 children, John, Eddy and Kathy, Howard preceded her in death in 2007, and Joyce was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.

Joyce is survived by her daughter; Kathy Milligan of Duncan, Oklahoma, John Wininger and his wife Davet of Duncan, Oklahoma and Eddy Wininger of Ft. Worth, Texas and 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, also by her brother; Robert Joel Farrell and his wife Doris of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and a sister; Jackie Golden of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.
