Joyce Gail Hawkins

Joyce Gail Hawkins 76, of Duncan, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Duncan Regional Hospital with her family at her side.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2021 at Unity Baptist Church with Rev. David McCalister officiating, interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Joyce was born March 15, 1944 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Cleo Curtis & Orthia Grace "Talley" Rhone, Joyce retired form the Vernon State Hospital, she was a member of the Douglas Senior Citizen and the Unity Baptist Church, she married Leon Clifford Hawkins.

Joyce is survived by her husband; Leon Clifford Hawkins of the home, daughter; Lisa Susanne Copeland, sisters; Cleota Jean Reasor of Duncan, Gayla Arbuckle of Duncan.

Joyce was preceded in death by brothers; Ronnie & D.A. Rhone and sisters; Kay Ruth, Mary Beth Doane, Sharon Arbuckle and Pam Favors.

Pallbearers will be Chris Tyson, Ron Rhone, C.J. Rhone, Billy Don Arbuckle, Chuck Copeland and Jay Pearson.
