Jerlene Denney (Gillispie)

Jerlene Denney 90, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Country Club Care Nursing Center.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Kerbo officiating, interment will follow at the Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche, Oklahoma and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Jerelen was born January 22, 1928 in Comanche, Oklahoma to Jesse K. & Frances (Riney) McMasters, she had been a resident of the Duncan area for 45 years moving here from Michigan, she was a homemaker and  married to Charles W. Denney who preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son; Jeff Denney and his wife Faith of Del City, Oklahoma, a brother; Lowell McMasters & his wife Minnie of Duncan, Oklahoma and a sister; Gracealee John of Duncan, Oklahoma and a grandchild; Ariel,

She was preceded in death by her husband; Charles W. Denney, her parents; Jesse & Frances McMasters, her brother; Johnny McMasters and her sister; Molly Luttrell.
