Jacquetta A. Wilson of Chickasha former resident of Duncan, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Graveside funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2025 at the Duncan Cemetery, with Rev. Ron Meador officiating and Rev. Chuck Davis assisting. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Jacquetta was born on Tuesday, September 28, 1937 in Wirt, Oklahoma to Marvin J. & Ruby (Pryor) Smith, she worked for Duncan Regional Hospital for 17 years and was a Assembly of God Minister. She married Thomas Wilson and to this union were born 2 children; Mark & Michelle, Thomas preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son: Mark Wilson & his wife Gwen of Conroe, Texas and a son; Cody Wilson & his wife Jessica of Chickasha,Oklahoma, a daughter; Michelle Bossa of Chickasha, Oklahoma, a brother; Larry Smith of Chickasha, and a sister; Marilyn Curtis of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas, her parents; Marvin & Ruby Smith and a brother; Donnie Smith.
