Iva Jo Tindle, born September 11, 1935, passed into the loving arms of her Lord on December 22, 2025. She was born to Abram and Mable Harmon in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Iva Jo married James Tindle on August 20, 1955, and together, they brought three wonderful children into the world; a daughter, Jo Lynn, and two sons, James Mark and Jeffrey Ellis.

Iva Jo is preceded in death by her parents and husband, James.

She is survived by her daughter, Jo Lynn Dye of Duncan; son James Mark Tindle of Duncan; son Jeffrey Ellis Tindle of Mustang; grandson Kyle Dye and wife Jessica, of Moore, Oklahoma; granddaughter Kourtney Jones and husband Nicholas of Duncan, Oklahoma; granddaughter Samantha Tindle; and 9 great-grandchildren, AJ, Kole, Chace, Natalie, Riley, Chloe, Kenzie, Ryan, and Clayton.

Iva Jo's care has been entrusted to Carter-Smart Funeral Directors. A graveside service will be held at the El Reno Cemetery on Monday, December 29 at 1:00 pm.
