Helen M. Watts

Helen M. Watts 94, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away On Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Country Club Care.

Graveside funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Lawrence Gresham officiating, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Helen was born on Wednesday January 20, 1926, one of four children born to H.Y. Yates & Ola (Dunn) Dizmang in Duncan, Oklahoma she has been a lifelong resident of the Duncan area, she worked for many years at J.C. Penny's before her retirement, she was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Helen married William (Bill) Watts and to this union were born two sons; Wayne and Steve and a daughter Joyce Marie.

Helen is survived by her son; Wayne Watts & his wife Debbie of Duncan, Oklahoma, she was preceded in death by her son; Steve and her daughter; Joyce Marie, also surviving are grandchildren; Christopher Watts, Jami Miller and Shanda Stringer and great-grandchildren; Sabastian Stringer, Jacob Helton and Jenna Helton,

Helen was preceded in death by her husband; Bill, her son; Steve and her daughter Joyce Marie, parents; H.Y. Yates & Ola Dizmang, a brother; E.L. Elton(Bud) Yates Dizmang, and two sisters; Mary Lou Collins and Durelle Hudson-Stanton Olge.
