Harold G. Grumbles, 79 of Duncan, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Elk Crossing Nursing Center.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2016 at Highland Park Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Larson officiating, interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma.

Harold was born October 23, 1936 in Lindsay, Oklahoma to William & Stella (Brown) Grumbles, he retired from working in the oilfield and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church, he and Ruby were married April 26, 1960 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and were married for 56 years, the have been a resident of Duncan area fro 42 years.

Survivors include his wife; Ruby of the home, a son; Donald Grumbles of Duncan, Oklahoma, daughters; Lynn Roberts of Katy, Texas, Louise Sing of Duncan, Oklahoma and Jackie Cast of Bridgeport, Texas, grandchildren; Donna, David, Preston, Caitlyn, Caroline, Payton, Kayla and was preceded in death by a grandchild Dusty, also surviving are great grandchildren; Temprence, Clay and Jada and a niece Sharon Lewis.

Harold was preceded in death byhis parents; William & Stella Grumbles, Sisters; Sylvia Wainscott, Dorothy Shae, Daphine Neal, Jackie Burleson and Jean Ann Grumbles and a brother James Grumbles.

Pallbearers will be Eulene Armour, Widd Armour, Lester Grumbles, Derek Sing, John Roberts and Preston Gondols.
