Gary Louis Reiser, 66, of Duncan, Oklahoma, left his earthly home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 10, 2017.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Bethel Assembly of God Church, 700 W. Plato Rd. Duncan, Oklahoma with Pastor Ron Meador officiating.
Visitation & viewing will be held at the church from 11:30 to 12:30 on Tuesday prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery with a graveside service held for the family. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.
Gary was born in Wynnewood, Oklahoma on October 12, 1950 to Edwin (Eddie) & Bessie (Franklin) Reiser. He graduated from Pauls Valley High School and afterwards attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. Gary married the love of his life, Patricia (Vicki) McElhaney-Reiser on April 21, 1978. They were married almost 39 years. Gary was in sales most of his adult life. He didn't know a stranger. He was always ready with a memory or a funny story for anyone who would listen.
Gary is survived by his wife Vicki, his son; Glen Reiser and his wife Sonya, his son; Shane Reiser and his wife Charlie, his daughter; Heather Reiser-Casteel and her husband Teddy Casteel, his son; Christopher Reiser, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, his stepfather; James Franklin, his two stepsisters; Lynn Christian and Vicki Stewart, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Gary was preceded in death by his father; Edwin (Eddie) Reiser, his mother; Bessie Reiser-Franklin, and his sister; Anita Reiser-Manning-Winn.
Pallbearers will be Matt Ruppe, Matthew Whittington, Matthew Reiser, Blake Philpot, Peyton Manning, Brian Raney. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tim Bell, Randy DeYong
