Donnie Calvin Hall, 83 of Duncan, passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City with his family at his side.

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

The family will recieve friends on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Calvin was born in Stephens County near Duncan on September 6, 1937 to Otis & Violet Mae (Rogers) Hall he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and later worked for Halliburton's as a supervisor before his retirement, and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.  Calvin married Reba Sue Barker Septemberr 2, 1960 in Duncan, Oklahoma and to this union were born 2 children, Scott and Melissa.

Calvin is survived by his wife; Reba of the home, a son; Scott Hall & his wife Melisa (Bradley) Hall and Melissa (Hall) Tyler & her husband Joel Tyler, brothers; Johnny Lee Hall & his wife Joyce of Duncan, Oklahoma, and Otis Dean Hall & his wife Freda of Duncan, Oklahoma, a sister; Carlos (Hall) Brewer of Duncan, Oklahoma and grandchildren Chase, Paige and Tanner and great-grandchildern; Adelyn, Violet, Landon, Turner, Cohen and Lane, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a sister-in-law; Norma Hall of Duncan, Oklahoma and Jerri Hall of Duncan, Oklahoma.

Calvin was preceded in death by his parents; Otis & Violet Hall, grandparents; Lee & Mertie Rogers and John P. & Adaline Hall, 2 brothers; Donald & Ronnie Hall, and a sister; Violet Elaine Renyer & husband Mike.
