Deborah Kay Price, 74, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, January 24, 2022 in Stillwater, Oklahoma with her sons by her side.

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Billy Morgan officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to thefamily care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Deborah was born January 17, 1948 in Hobbs, New Mexico to Verlin and Rosene Sisson. She was a graduate of Duncan High School and had worked at various retail companies and as a homemaker before owing CJ's Kwik Stop until her and Jerry retired. She was married to Jerry Lynn Price March 23, 1974 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Deborah is survived by one brother; Steve Kent Sisson and his wife Tammy, two sons; James Allen Price and his wife Jennifer of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Jeffery Kent Price and his Mechel Maddox of Ft. Worth, Texas, six grandchildren; Amber, Kaylee, Stephen and his wife Jenna Laine, Alexa and her husband Cole, Gunner, and Clara, two great-grandchildren; Ezekiel and Beatrice.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Jerry Lynn Price, and her siblings; Jack Sisson and Karen Crook.
