Clifton Allen Plummer

Clifton (Cliff) Allen Plummer 60, of Duncan, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017 at his home.

Memorial services will be 4:00 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Open Range Cowboy Church at the Stephens County Fair Grounds, with Rev. Richard Allen officiating and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Cliff was born July 3, 1957 in Highland Park, Detroit, Michigan to Mary Ann and Harold Plummer. Cliff was raised by his mother and his step-father Ralph Moore. Cliff hitch-hiked from Michigan to Duncan, Oklahoma in 1981, settling in Duncan, making Duncan his home. He was a warehouse manager and salesman for Sesco Electric for 28 years before retiring, he enjoyed time with his family and friends, especially having cookouts.

Cliff married his wife Penny on March 6, 1976 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Cliff is survived by his wife Penny of Duncan, Oklahoma and their children; Susan Schroder and her husband Billy of Lawton, Oklahoma, Nancy Adkison and her husband David of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Robbin Plummer of Duncan, Oklahoma, Julia Kosechata and her husband David of Walters, Oklahoma, a son; Clifton Bernard and fiancé Christina of Addington, Oklahoma, 1 adopted son; Nick Braudrick, 2 adopted daughters; Christy of Ft. Worth, Texas and Helen Ruth of Duncan, Oklahoma. 18 grandchildren; Scotty, Amber, Stormie, Savannah, Raynie, D.J., Haley, Katelyn, Caleb, Blake, Ashley, Ryan, Koby, Jordan, Zoey, Malia, Alice, Shawn and 3 great grandchildren; Hailey, Jervonte, and C.J. a brother; George Plummer and his wife Louise of Chickasha, Oklahoma and 2 special brothers; Scott Kennedy and his wife Laura of Central High, Oklahoma and Kenneth Brackins and his wife Neva of Duncan, Oklahoma.

Cliff is proceded in death by both parents; Mary Ann (Wingett) Plummer-Moore and Harold Plummer, 3 daughters; Amber Angela Williams, Melody Renee and Mary Ruth Ball and a special brother; Fred Webb
