Claude (Mac) Dove

Mac Dove 73, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Elk Crossing Nursing Home in Duncan.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2024 at the First Baptist Church in Fletcher, Oklahoma with Gary Canfield officiating, interment will follow at the Elgin Cemetery and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Claude was born October 11, 1950 in Fletcher, Oklahoma to Curtis B. and Dorris (Schroeder) Dove, he was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fletcher, Oklahoma. He married Denise Routon Presley on July 28, 1995 at the First Baptist Church in Fletcher, Oklahoma.

Mac worked at Warehouse Discount Foods in Elgin,Ok;  P- A Chevrolet and Lawson Kia in Lawton, Ok. He could always be found working in his garden or working on something on or around the house. He liked collecting coins and fast cars.

Mac is survived by his wife; Denise Dove of the home, and daughters; Lisa & Mike Skrastins, Laura & Sammy Webb, April & Casy Weed and Janice Dove, son; Steven & Pree Presley. Daughters; Adrianne & Kevin Arrington, Rebecca & Matt Lowe,  Phyllis & Mensur Pllana and Mariam & Chad Daniels, also 24 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Mac was preceded in death by his parents; Curtis B. & Dorris Dove, and a brother; Curtis Ray Dove, and a daughter; Linda Ray Dove.
