Charlotte Ann Owens

Charlotte Ann Owens 75, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed away Friday, December 16, 2022 at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. David Morrow officiating, interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Charlotte was born February 6, 1947 in Wellington, Texas to Charles A. and Melba (Vosburg) Seely the oldest of 11 brothers and sisters, she was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Charlotte Seely married Voris L. Owens on April 8, 1963 in Duncan, Oklahoma, and to this union were born two sons; Asa & Jason, and two daughters; Crystal & Lacy.

Charlotte is survived by her husband; Voris of the home, two sons; Asa Owens & his wife Cim of Temple, Texas, Jason Owens & his wife Rhonda, of Guthrie, Oklahoma 2 daughters; Crystal Ciesa & her husband Greg of Duncan, Oklahoma, Lacy Moore & her husband Tracy of Marlow, Oklahoma. brothers; Kenneth Wayne Dewbree, Ronnie Dewbree, Robert Eugene Wiebelt and Phillip Ray Rushin. Grandchildren; Ara, Aric, Gina, Andy, Juston, Travis, Brian, Dewitney, Dalton and Josh, great-grandchildren; Wade, Aubree, Landon, Luke, Faith, Temperance, Mason, Brian, Blythe, Sutton, Rhett, Everett and Ruthie.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Charles & Melba Seely, brothers & sisters; Tony Glen Haithcock, Charles Raymond Seely, Troy Carol Seely, Diana Mae Woods, Eva Nell Martha Dickason, and Billy Joe Dobbins.

Pallbearers will be Blythe Sousa, Juston Steel, Travis Steel, Andy Ciesa, Dalton Moore, And Mason Copeland.
