Billy Gene Stroud

Billy Stroud 59, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 at his home.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 26, 2024 at Road to Eternity Church with Rev. Dean & Freda Hall officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Billy was born October 14, 1964 in Duncan, Oklahoma to William (Bill) & Helen (Hines) Stroud. Billy attended the Duncan Schools and graduated from Duncan High School in 1982. Billy worked many years for Dean in construction and care of rental properties. He went to work for Ace Hardware in Duncan until late 2023.

Billy is survived by his fiance' Angela Beavers, step-sons; Andrew Beavers Jr. and Adam Beavers & his wife Jeni. A step-daughter; Anna Beavers and a brother Kelly Stroud.
