Betty Jo Nowlin

Betty Jo Nowlin 85, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Graveside Funeral services will be Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Hope Cemetery, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be Friday, November 16, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Betty Jo was born in Duncan, Oklahoma on August 17, 1933 to Steven O. & Mollie (Wilson) Balock, she was a homemaker and married Noble E. Nowlin May 29, 1954 in California, and he preceded her in death on November 20, 2010, they made their home in California before moving back to Duncan in 1994, she was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Hope Community Church, she was preceded in death by her parents and 12 siblings.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.
