Betty Keck

Betty Keck 86, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2017 at Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Chisholm Trail Church of Christ with her son, Fred Keck officiating, interment will follow at Leticia Cemetery, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitations will be 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Betty was born Friday, December 26, 1930 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Lewis Richard & Othel (Branscum) Newman, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, Betty Newman and Carl Keck were married October 22, 1950 in Wichita Falls, Texas, and she was a member of the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ.

Survivors include her son; Fred Keck of Duncan, Oklahoma, sister; Jean Jennings of Duncan, Oklahoma, 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lewis & Othel Newman, her husband Carl Keck and a son; Donald Paul Keck, daughter-in-law; Vicki Keck, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Keck, Chris Keck, Cole Vonfeldt, Marshal Sides, Dennis Bilbrey and Mike Bilbrey.
