Betty J. Huffman 91, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Wilkins Nursing Center.

Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 17, 2022 at Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche, Oklahoma and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Family visitation will be Wednesday evening March 16, 2022 at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Betty was born May 2, 1930 in Milfay, Oklahoma to Roy and Gritchen (Horn) George, she attended Business School and worked in Finanical Services for 40 years before her retirement. Betty was an Air Force wife for 22 years following her husband Charles to different base assignment's while in the Air Force, she married Charles Huffman November 29, 1951 in Drumright, Oklahoma and Charles preceded her in death on November 9, 2011, she was a Air Force, wife, mother and grandmother.

Betty is survived by her daughter; Vicki Gill and her husband Eddie of Duncan, Oklahoma, sons; William Huffman and his wife Shirley of Duncan, Oklahoma, Tommy Huffman Sr. and his wife Juliette, of Katy, Texas, a sister; Nellie Canoy of Tennessee, 17 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Charles, her parents, and sons; Donald and Hal Huffman.

Pallbearers will be Family and friends.
