Betty Louise Stanley

Betty Louise Stanley, 83 of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Duncan Regional Hospital with her family at her side.

Funeral services will be 10: 00 a.m. Saturday, September 7, 2019 at the Unity Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. David McAlister officiating, interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Betty was born August 9, 1936 in Waurika, Oklahoma to David & Pearl (Martindale) Clayton, Betty was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Betty and Eugene Stanley were married April 2, 1954 in Walters, Oklahoma, they have been longtime residents of Duncan, and were members at Unity Missionary Baptist Church.

Betty is survived by her husband; Eugene of the home, a daughter; Patricia Ann Davis of Duncan, Oklahoma, sons; Eugene David Stanley of Comanche, Oklahoma and Gary Wayne Davis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, sisters; Jewell Perry of Duncan, Oklahoma and Joyce Hornback of Lone Grove, Oklahoma, 5 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Michael Davis, Gary Davis, Eugene D. Stanley, Joe Hornback, Jimmy Perry and John Perry.
