Barry Groves 60, of Duncan passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Meridian Nursing Home

Graveside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the Duncan Cemetery, with Gentry Castleberry officiating, Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Barry was born August 28, 1962 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Billy and Sharon (Isham) Groves, he attended Duncan Public Schools and was a graduate of Duncan High School, he was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Duncan.

Barry is survived by his parents Billy and Sharon Groves of Duncan, Oklahoma, a son; Bryce Groves and his wife Hannah of College Station, Texas, two sisters; Cher Hall and her husband Tony of Duncan, Oklahoma and Donetta Byram and her husband Jon of Duncan, Oklahoma, and a grandchild; Hollis Dove who preceded him in death.

Barry was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Military Honors will be provided by the Stephens County Honor Guard.
