Arthur Walls Jr.

Arthur Walls Jr. 81, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away August 15, 2023 at his home in Duncan.

Graveside funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 21, 2023 at the Duncan Cemetery with Rev. Harold Metheny officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Art was born July 22, 1942 in Nocona, Texas to Horace Arthur and Leona (Gordon) Walls, he worked in the oilfields until his retirement, he married his first wife Janie on April 11, 1967 and she preceded him in death and later married Rita on April 2012 and she preceded him in death.

Art is survived by his sons; Mike Walls & his wife Reca of Duncan, Oklahoma, Frank Walls of Morrison, Oklahoma, Tommy Walls & his wife Stacy of Duncan, Oklahoma and Keith Walls & his wife Teri of Loco, Oklahoma, his sister; Betty Wilson of Houston, Texas and a brother; Pete Apple of Punkin Center, also by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his wives; Janie & Rita his parents; Horace & Leona Walls, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Walls, Shawn Walls, Riley Walls, Cameron Walls, Kyler Walls, Jake Walls and Chad Walls
