Sarah J. Wilson 70 of Comanche, Oklahoma, went to be with her Lord and savior Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Integris Southwest Medical Center surrounded by her family..

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 30, 2018 at the Carter- Smart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Morgan officiating, arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

Family visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Sarah was born in Duncan, Oklahoma on July 19, 1948 to the late Betty and Les Armstrong. She was raised with her grandparents, Phillip Marion and Virgie Keck and Uncle's Lloyd, Bud Charlie, and Darrell; aunt's Pearl, Marti and June. Sara was the baby of the family.

Sarah attended Empire Public Schools and later retired from there in 2004, she loved being around the children. She was a Cosmetologist for many years and owned several salons. She also owned and operated several restaurants and clubs. The last one being Sarah's Club. She was also a lifetime member of the AHBA.

She married Harry Wilson in October of 1957 in Bayou Vista, Louisiana, married until 1987. They had three children; son; Harry Dawayne Wilson and his wife Marietta of Lufkin, Texas, daughter; LaCinda Burns and husband Sammy of Comanche, Oklahoma, son; Anthony Wilson of Laguna Hills, California, former daughter-in-law; Jasmine Wilson Jones of Enid, Oklahoma.

Her greatest love was her family. She was a loving and caring grandmother to 13 grandchildren; Thomas, Brittany, Alex, Quinton, Evan, Olivia, Jessica, Tori, Ivy, Blaine, Amanda, Ashley, and M'kayla; great-grandmother to 15 great-grandchildren and had many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother; Betty K. Armstrong and father; Leslie T. Armstrong and former son-in-law; Jose Castaneda.
