Catherine Marie (Cathy) Skiles

     Catherine Marie (Cathy) Skiles 67, of Comanche, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital with her family at her side.

     Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 8, 2019 at the Chapel of the First Baptist Church with Dr. Bryan Pain officiating, interment will follow at the Duncan Cemetery, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

     The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

     Kathy was born May 19, 1952 in Biloxi, Mississippi to James Edward & Aurelia Frances (Beckman) Dailey she attended school in Mississippi and graduated high school in Mississippi, she had worked as a dental assistant and a homemaker after she married Ralph, she and  Ralph Skiles were married September 27, 1973 in Gulfport, Mississippi while Ralph was in the Navy in Gulfport, Mississippi, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, Ralph preceded her in death on October 11, 2013.

     Kathy is survived by her two sons; Jason Skiles of Comanche, Oklahoma and Josh Skiles and his wife Tammy of Duncan, Oklahoma, three grandchildren; Ryan, Haley and Carson, brothers; Michael Dailey of Florida and James E. Dailey, 2 sisters; Barbara Bowman of Mississippi and Sharon Thorton of Mississippi also by 12 nieces & nephews and 1 great niece.

     Pallbearers will be John Schabram, Shane McDonald, Tim Spivey, James Harrell, Mark Skiles and Leonard Case. Honorary pallbearers will be Hayley Skiles, Carson Skiles, Bill Rash, Alexis Schabram and Ryan Skiles.
