     Mary Jacobson, 72 of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017 at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

     Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, with Rev. Nathan Howard and Rev. Randy Southerland officiating, interment will follow at the Marlow Cemetery, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors.

     The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

     Mary was born on Tuesday, May 15, 1945 in Cumberland, Maryland to John and Virginia (Rexroad) May, she had worked for the First Baptist Church, Donna's Hallmark, Ben & Ray's & Eatons Jewelry, she was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Mary married Stephen Jacobson August 12, 1977 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

     Survivors include her husband; Steve of the home, sons; Ronnie Wentling of Sherman, Texas, and Robert Jacobson & his wife Kari of Duncan, Oklahoma, daughters; Sharon of Elgin, Oklahoma and Stephanie Red Elk & her husband Clinton of Duncan, Oklahoma, brothers; Charles Moore of West Monroe, Louisiana, and sisters; Ruth Kennedy of Cumberland Maryland, Margaret Etier of Duncan, Oklahoma and Donna Palmer of Portland Oregon, and 8 grandchildren; Kira Howard & her husband Nathan, Joshua Jacobson, Timothy Jacobson, Jonathan Jacobson, Krista Pylant, Kaylee Red Elk, Braylen Red Elk, Tiffany Red Elk.

     Mary was preceded by her parents, 2 brothers; Edward May and Michael May.

     Pallbearers will be Robert Jacobson, Nathan Howard, Timothy Jacobson, Jonathan Jacobson, Joshua Jacobson and Clinton Red Elk.
