Connie Davidson

Connie Davidson 64 of Duncan, passed away Monday, December 26., 2016 in Duncan.

Funeral services will be 2:oo p.m. Friday, December 30, 2016 at Patterson Avenue Baptist Church in Comanche, Oklahoma, with Rev. Trent Young officiating, interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, and arrangements have been entrusted to the family care of Carter-Smart Funeral Directors in Duncan.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Carter-Smart Funeral Home.

Connie was born November 27, 1952 in Greenfield, Indiana to Wilbur & Leona Faye "Plank" Brooks, Connie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. she loved garage sales, playing bingo, playing on her laptop, but most of all spending time with her family, Connie married Edgar Allen Poe in May of 1974 and he preceded her in death in 2004, she later married Wendell Davidson May 15, 2009.

Connie is survived by her husband; Wendell of the home, a son; Steven Poe & his wife Tina of Duncan, Oklahoma, a daughter; Debra Dionne & her husband George of Marlow, Oklahoma, a step-son; Wesley Davidson of Duncan and a step-daughter; Michelle, also by 40 grandchildren including Clayton Breeze, Dillon Breeze, Zach Dionne and Trey McNair and numerous great-grandchildren.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edgar Allen Poe and a great grandson; Damion Alexander Davidson.

Pallbearers will be Donal Domm, Halston Mills, Tanner Mills, Donnie Laferr, Micah Laferr, Brayden Brackeen, Jeff Ferris and Wes Davidson.
